For us, the word Service is positively charged. It is an attitude of how we are and how we relate to our customers. Service spirit, one can not impose on anyone, there is a conviction and a motivational factor that comes from within.
That in turn comes from our bases and if you are happy with their jobs, their workmates and have fun at work. Concretely this means that we on request eg. phone or e-mail respond to our stakeholders quickly and accurately. It also means that we as far as possible meet our customers' requirements. It also means making it easy for the customer, to have a dialogue and thus get to know the client's needs and see how we can change ourselves.
